Business Processes Functionally Interdependent




            Well, in order to make any money in any business, be it in n actual storefront or online it is important to understand the key elements and major functions of a business in general.  If you start your online marketing business and expect to make any head way you will need for sure to know how Marketing and the other interdependently functional processes of business all tie together.
            So you want to be an Online marketer or make money online am I right?  Well let us just note the possibility that since you are reading this blog it is safe to assume that,  you want to be an online marketer and make money online marketing various things in various ways.   Marketing and Sales is just one of the major Business processes or one of the many hats you will be wearing when you first start your business venture.  There are two other major processes that must be considered first when venture g into the business world and those 2 have to do with money and where it is going and coming from.  Yes! Accounting and Finance departments of any business are the first steps of organizing the success of the marketing and sales area.  You will find yourself drudging through income statements, loan statements, mortgages, and debts and creditors of many forms in review of these two processes.  For without money a business cannot begin or operate.  Know that marketing is useless without money for ads or promotions or events and even POP (Point of Purchase) displays need cash.
            You can find yourself borrowing it or using your own savings for the endeavor, just know this important piece of advice.  Plan all the way through any issues regarding your financing efforts and account for all financial tasks undergone.  This way when running an ad campaign in the future or making a sales video presentation, or administering a social networking event that you do not have to cut short the strategic campaign while it is running.  This will sway your credibility a lot in the beginning giving false hope to customers, investors, and any other audience reach you may have in your sights.  Inability to stay afloat or keep strategic business plans in play will make things even harder on an entrepreneur in the first stages of the business.
            Next there is operations, which is simply converting resources into gods or services that can be delivered to customers.  As an entrepreneur in the inline marketing world you wear this hat too in the beginning.  You must find that resource you have that gives that competitive advantage to your venture from the very beginning.  It could be your passion, your actual inventory of items, materials, or skill sets.  Anything you can dream of in the realm of the internet can be internet marketed via many mediums.  Resources can be money, people, raw materials, or even just networking skills and associations with others.
            Last but not least and not last thing in the list or even the first, but it should be considered the most important next to all others.  You are your own Human Resources in the beginning unless you got gobs of start up cash.  HR Departments usually maintain policies of the company, hire employees and manage their tasks and procedures for management personnel.  Ever hear of the one man band, Person band to be more Politically correct?  Well that is you my friends and dear readers.
            All these aspects of a business are a single process with no true beginning or ending just that they all must align in your strategic plan of action and tactics therein.  Your business Plan will contain plans and strategies for marketing, operations, sales, accounting, finance, and HR.  Setting out with a good business plan and strong internal drive that makes you take initiative and engage your motivations will lead to success.  Plans make leading personal excellence to achieve your goals very possible and attainable even with shortcomings.
